I've been liking allot the Japanese Woodwork style so I've decided to go ahead and get some of the tools need it for this type of work, I want to learn how to work this beautiful Japanese Art. This is my first small flat plane and a small mallet a Kiduchi. I bought these tools on eBay, they were very inexpensive so I'm hoping they will work for me to try them out and probably in the future get better ones. The small flat plane I had to sharpen cause it had like this plastic around the blade that was blocking the blade from cutting, a perfect excuse to use my diamond blocks to sharpen the blade. It took a while but I think I got it, it might need more adjustments as I go but I'm also in need to learn how to master this tool. The Kiduchi is perfect I love it, just the right size 36 mm. I've absolutely love them, can't wait to use them in my coming Japanese projects.
